Hotel Isleno Isla Mujeres

We stayed in a newly renovated hotel in the heart of downtown. It was a short walk from the ferry and conveniently close to restaurants and shops. The spacious room had great air conditioning and a small balcony for fresh air. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. We even got an early check-in and an upgrade to a bigger room. The location was perfect, just a few minutes away from the beautiful Playa Norte beach.

The only downside was the firmness of the beds and pillows.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the helpfulness of the staff. The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities, including a desk, TV, mini-fridge, and a small safe. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic, and we appreciated the availability of cold water to refill our bottles. The hotel is conveniently located in the city, close to restaurants, shops, and a beautiful beach.

The location of this hotel is amazing! It's just a short walk from the ferry terminal and the Main Street. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom facilities were nice. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to make my stay better. They even provided free beach chairs and had good Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, comfortable rooms, and amazing staff.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a great location, just a short walk from the beach and all the bars and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and efficient, making me feel safe and welcomed throughout my stay. The rooms were newly renovated and clean, with light and airy spaces and good air conditioning. I especially loved having a balcony to enjoy the fresh air. Another highlight was the included breakfast, which provided a great start to my day.

We had a great stay at Isleno. the staff were very nice and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure we had a place to stay when our next reservation fell through. the rooms were spacious, clean, and newly renovated. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the ferry, restaurants, bicycle hire place, and beautiful beaches. the hotel had eco-friendly features, such as lights that turn off when the key is removed and AC that turns off when the patio doors are opened. We also appreciated the free morning coffee and the availability of towels and beach chairs.

Stayed at a hotel that was half the price of the one near the beach. The room was even nicer and well equipped. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Close to the market and just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. a great value for the money!

The room was spacious and had nice amenities like a mini fridge and two balconies. the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. the staff, especially the girl in the lobby, was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The wifi was not great, especially in the rooms that were close to the front desk area. Additionally, for the price, I felt that the hotel could have offered better coffee and at least a basic continental breakfast.

The hotel is centrally located, making it convenient to explore the vibrant downtown area. With Hidalgo street just a block away, you'll have plenty of options for restaurants, bars, and shops. Plus, the stunning Playa Norte beach is just a short walk from the hotel, taking only four minutes to reach.

The only minor downside I found during my stay was that the bathroom door was a bit close to the tub. It made it slightly challenging to move around, but overall, it didn't have a significant impact on the overall experience.

Great location near ferry & Centro Mujeres, quiet for good sleep, newly renovated rooms, light & spacious with good aircon, friendly & helpful staff.
